Directions for use
Brushing. Use in place of your regular toothpaste. Apply a thin ribbon of gel to a toothbrush and brush your teeth thoroughly. Allow the gel to remain on the teeth for 1 minute. Expectorate. Use preferably at bedtime.

Tray use. For professional use only unless recommended by a dentist. Brush and floss before wearing trays. Fill the grooves of the trays 1/3 full of gel. Do not over fill. Wear for 4 minutes. Expectorate.
Recommended dose
Adults: Use 2.5 - 10 milliliters 1 time per day. Do not swallow. Do not eat, drink, or rinse for 30 minutes after use.

Cautions and warnings
Keep out of reach of children. This product contains enough fluoride to seriously harm a child. If a quantity greater than the dose used for brushing and/or rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Centre right away. Do not use in patients under 6 years of age unless recommended by a dentist.

Should I use a mouthwash with fluoride if I have cavities?
